Terms of use
Version: 0.2 — Last updated: 14 September 2026
Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out how the Farygo application (the "Application") may be used. The Application is published by CHAINIT, a société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) registered under SIRET 83154416800022, hereafter "the Publisher".
The Application lets users follow and search for Business class flight offers, and computes a discount indicator against a historical reference price.
Article 2 — Acceptance of the Terms
Using the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms. That acceptance is collected explicitly when the account is created (a checkbox that is not pre-ticked). The version of the Terms accepted and the date of acceptance are retained by the Publisher.
Article 3 — Description of the service and its limits
3.1 Nature of the service
The Application is a tool that aggregates and compares fare information. It is not:
- a travel agency,
- a seller of tickets,
- a booking intermediary.
3.2 No direct booking
The Application allows no booking and no payment within itself. All bookings are made exclusively on the website or application of the airline or partner platform the user is redirected to.
3.3 Reliability of the information
The prices, availability and discounts shown in the Application come from third-party providers (flight data APIs) and are given for information only. They may change between the moment the Application observes them and the moment the user reads them, and again between that reading and the actual booking on the third-party site. The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, the availability or the persistence of a displayed price.
3.4 Redirection to third parties
By following a redirection link, the user leaves the Application and reaches a third party's site (airline, booking platform) whose own terms, privacy policy and pricing policy apply. The Publisher is not a party to any transaction concluded on that third-party site and disclaims all liability as to its content, its availability or its performance.
Article 4 — Account creation
Access to certain features (following routes, personalised alerts) requires creating an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The account is personal and non-transferable.
Article 5 — Alerts and notifications
The Publisher endeavours to detect and notify offers matching the criteria set by the user, without any guarantee of completeness or of timing. The Publisher cannot be held liable for a missed offer caused by a technical unavailability, a limitation of third-party data providers, or any other event of force majeure.
Article 6 — Personal data
The processing of users' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, a separate document available at [/en/privacy](/en/privacy), which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Article 7 — Intellectual property
All elements of the Application (structure, texts, graphics, logo, database) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Publisher, with the exception of the fare data sourced from third-party providers.
Article 8 — Liability
The Publisher takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the Application, without guaranteeing absolute continuity of service. The Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Application, including any financial loss connected with an offer no longer available at the time of booking on a third-party site.
Article 9 — Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the Application's settings, in accordance with the right to erasure described in the Privacy Policy. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Article 10 — Changes to the Terms
The Publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change and asked to accept the new version.
Article 11 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
